The DJs
Open format is the hardest thing to do well. It means reading a room of people who grew up on different music and finding the record that works for all of them, then the next one, for five hours. Most of this roster came up in Miami and New York nightlife, where that skill is the job description. The result is a party that feels like a great night out rather than a playlist on shuffle.
