DJ DZA is a Miami-based, France-born open-format DJ known for sets that move between hip-hop, disco, Latin, R&B, and throwbacks without ever losing the room. His selection is fearless and his timing is a promoter's: he built his reputation throwing parties, not just playing them.
He co-founded Peachfuzz, the hip-hop and R&B party that started in Grand Central's green room and grew into one of Miami's longest-running nights, with editions in New York and Los Angeles. At LIV at Fontainebleau he created Rotation, the club's weekly hip-hop night, and he has held residencies at Basement at The Miami Beach EDITION and monthly dates at 1 OAK in New York and Los Angeles. He also co-founded Rear View, a label built to release Miami-made music.
